Job Vacancy Malaysia: Technical Support Agent [Call Center]

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology
[That’s mean if you get Diploma, or STPM or Degree or above and you
are not bad/ok in computer troubleshooting, you’re qualify]
* Good English communication skills
[As long as you can understand and speak basic english, writing and
reading in english, you’re qualify]
* Ability to work in varied shifts
[Just to remind, this is call center job, so might need to work at
night if need, so if you can’t bear with it, don’t try it]
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
[The location is nearby KLCC]
* An attractive remuneration package will commensurate with
qualifications and experience.
[Means if you’ve better experience or talent, you entitle for better
salary, and of course you’ll get allowances, benefit, and incentive
accordingly.]
* Salary range from RM2500 to RM3500, OT available every day.
Strongly recommend those who willing to study computer troubleshooting in both hardware and software, learning better English at the same time, training will be provided before you capable to support customer.
